The medieval church "Holy Nativity of the Mother of God" is located in the "Staro Selo" (Old Village) neighborhood, approximately 2 km from Milanovo village—the place where the first inhabitants of the village, then called Osikovo, settled.
The church is a typical single-nave, single-apse building dating from 1492, making it one of the oldest in the area. Built of rough stones bonded with mortar, it was once fully covered in frescoes, some of which are preserved to this day.
It is declared a cultural monument of national significance. Today, the site offers a peaceful atmosphere and is ideal for a short visit combined with a walk in the area.
