Osika Park is a place that can best be described with the words artistic, different and inspiring.

Today it begins its second life. Life in the old school of Milanovo village, where children's shouts and laughter fell silent 25 years ago. After many efforts and help from dozens of like-minded people, the place opens its doors again — transformed, cozy and elegant.
Osika Park is a base for training, events and tourism. Nestled in the nature of the Vratsa Balkan between Kobilini Steni and the Iskar Gorge — open to new ideas.
The complex consists of a building with 2000 sq. m of floor area and almost 9 decares of courtyard. We have a multifunctional playground and a park over 70 years old. In the building there is a professional kitchen, kitchen for training and events, dining room, living room, halls for conducting training and events, gymnasium. The accommodation has 44 main beds and 20 additional distributed in 16 independent rooms, 3 apartments and one studio.
"Osika Park" is a place suitable for almost any type of events, such as sports, cultural and music festivals, film panoramas and training, culinary events, children's camps, language courses, team buildings, tourist events, yoga, seminars, conferences, etc.
Our goal
Our goal is for Osika Park to become a place where people feel accepted, connect, learn and grow together. A place that encourages communication, sharing emotions and striving for development.
We hope everyone can find suitable events, gain new knowledge and experiences that will make their lives more meaningful, and perhaps even radically different.
Society today is becoming increasingly digital and absent in every sense of the word. Real human contact and empathy are reduced to a minimum.
We would like Osika Park to be a place where people are physically present, spend their time together and talk face to face.
