Culinary Workshop for Luchnik and Lyutika

On September 19 we are planning a new culinary workshop. We will show you how to prepare the most delicious luchnik and lyutika — dishes from the inimitable Bulgarian Northwest.

You are welcome to join the shorter format, or the longer one with an overnight stay and breakfast at Osika Park.

In both cases we will eat what we have prepared and enjoy a glass of local wine from a winery in northwestern Bulgaria. We will also taste farm products from producers in the region.
